A Wedding That Protects Wildlife: How One Celebration Funded Ranger Training

In July 2023, we were honored to collaborate on a special wedding campaign where guests had the opportunity to support initiatives like the Wildlife Forensic Fund. Through the couple’s generosity and their guests' contributions, we successfully funded the training of 10 additional rangers at the Wildlife Forensic Academy.

Our vows to combat wildlife crime with forensics

DNA evidence is 99% accurate, making it one of the most foolproof pieces of evidence you can possibly use in court."

WFF's efforts extend beyond forensic advancements; we support rangers from parks designed to uplift local communities. Many of these communities have struggled with hunger and unemployment due to restricted access to local ecosystems. However, money is needed to ensure development and conservation efforts. Recognising the symbiotic relationship between conservation and development, WFF carefully selects partner organisations, particularly those in the private sector lacking financial means for comprehensive anti-poaching and wildlife forensic training. These partnerships extend to trusts that support various community projects, including healthcare, education, and food security, underscoring WFF's commitment to environmental stewardship and community well-being.
